Working on a project for a long time usually causes one to stir of the course - in personal life, professional development, interpersonal activities. That's why it's important to apply the best practices in keeping the movement in correct direction, stick with heading to true north. There are many distractions and it's easy to get lost in the myriad of small problems. Read on books like Everyday Greatness and similar from leading authors and you'll see what's need to be adjusted to accomplish the goals. I trust this useful.
